Awesome interview Tom and Steve! I have been Steves biggest fan for 40 years. My dream is to meet Steve someday and you are lucky Tom that you were able to do that.
Fantastic hearing from Steve. He is such a class act all around and his music is the just phenomenal – what a gift! Wonderful interview Tom…..and Steve welcome back!!
Wow – This is the best interview with Steve Perry I’ve ever heard. I’ve been a fan since ’77, so I’ve listened to about everything out there, and this was by far the most comprehensive.
This is an awesome interview. My favorite singer of all time. I was fortunate enough to see Journey in the 80’s when Randy Jackson was his bass player. At one point during the concert Steve Perry held a note for an extremely long time and you could have heard a pin drop. He is an amazing person, has an awesome stage presence and is a beautiful human being. Forever a fan.
I saw Journey in 1987 and had front row tickets and they were singing Oh Sherrie and Steve took off his hat and gave it to me. I love that memory of them.
Tom and Steve have a Great s ence of humor. Great interview…light hearted and fun. Steve has such a peace in his voice. So sorry for his great loss, but I believe Steve will be with Kellie again. ❤🙏
I am 71. Actually discovered Steve Perry in January 2020. Broke my hip. Cancer stage 4 . googled celebrities who had hip replacement. Listened to his music on YouTube. .Been hooked ever since. He is so open and like you said a nice man. I was a john Denver fan when Steve and journey were popular.
